Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models to production environments using Kubernetes and AWS.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, specifically in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical requirements and drive product roadmap execution.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Generative AI or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
