Responsibilities
- Design & Deploy: Architect and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable AI models that align with 2026 technology roadmaps.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge algorithms (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring low-latency inference in production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Modeling: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with data-driven approaches and a deep understanding of statistical modeling.
