We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Neural Architect to lead our research division. You will be responsible for designing the core architectures that will power autonomous systems, predictive analytics, and generative models of the future.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Lead research initiatives focused on emergent AI behaviors and AGI pathways.
- Optimize model inference speeds for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex algorithms into user-facing features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Linear Algebra, Calculus, and Statistics.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG architectures.
