Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for Project 2026, from concept to production-ready implementation, ensuring a cohesive and premium user experience.
- Define and champion design systems and component libraries specifically tailored for AI-driven interfaces, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Conduct deep user research and usability testing to validate assumptions and uncover insights that drive product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Product Management) to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user journeys.
- Advocate for user-centricity and accessibility in all design decisions, ensuring our solutions are inclusive for a diverse global audience.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the design team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in product design, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI, machine learning, or complex data visualization interfaces.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of shipping high-impact, user-centric products with measurable business results.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture within the context of AI/ML technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and navigating fast-paced, iterative development cycles.
