Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable AI systems that leverage both classical and quantum hardware to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Quantum Integration: Develop hybrid algorithms that bridge the gap between classical neural networks and quantum processors.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and real-time inference optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, publishing research and driving innovation within the organization.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
