Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML and distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using innovative technical approaches.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on tight deadlines.
