Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, quantum-resistant algorithms for complex AI models.
- Lead architectural strategy for the integration of neural networks and quantum computing resources.
- Oversee the development of next-gen predictive analytics tools and systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or quantum computing research.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum simulators.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
