Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI and quantum hybrid systems capable of processing exascale data.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating quantum algorithms into existing cloud infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and researchers to foster innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system architecture validation to ensure high availability and low latency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and high-performance computing clusters.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, neural networks, and quantum mechanics principles.
