Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of handling quantum-classical hybrid workloads.
- Quantum Integration: Develop middleware and APIs to interface legacy AI models with emerging quantum processors (QPU).
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Lead the technical strategy for the 'Class of 2026' project, ensuring milestones are met with high precision and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine algorithms to maximize processing speed and reduce computational overhead in cloud environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists to translate theoretical research into deployable production code.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Computational Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML development or Quantum Computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, specifically regarding AI services and GPU clusters.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, multi-dimensional problems using advanced algorithmic approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
