Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable hybrid systems that leverage both classical AI frameworks and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to explore novel algorithms that optimize for quantum supremacy in machine learning tasks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the performance tuning of AI models running on quantum processors, ensuring low-latency, high-throughput processing.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Quantum Information Science or AI.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML, with at least 2 years of experience working with quantum computing hardware or simulators.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
