Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI and quantum computing integration, setting technical standards for the next decade.
- System Design: Architect scalable, high-performance systems that leverage both classical and quantum processing units.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore new algorithms in machine learning and quantum error correction.

- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to ensure the integrity of sensitive quantum data and AI models.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD in Quantum Computing is highly preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-stakes environments.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
