Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and technical strategy for the 2026 quantum-AI integration platform.
- Design and implement scalable hybrid systems that leverage both classical and quantum computing resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research concepts into production-ready code.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on optimizing algorithms for future quantum hardware.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Quantum Computing (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, Rigetti) and its integration with AI/ML workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed system design.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
