Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for natural language processing and computer vision.
- Design scalable training pipelines capable of handling terabytes of unstructured data.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research findings into practical, user-facing features.
- Write and publish high-impact research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for cloud deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of deploying models into production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
