Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced Machine Learning algorithms, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Transformer architectures.
- Design and optimize scalable deep learning pipelines to handle massive datasets and real-time inference requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex research concepts into deployable, production-ready software solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of new models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and research scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research engineering or applied machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or contributing to open-source ML projects.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
