Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary machine learning models and algorithms focused on predictive analytics and generative AI.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust neural network architectures that can handle petabyte-scale data streams with low latency.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models to achieve state-of-the-art performance in specific domains, reducing computational overhead.
- Publish & Patent: Contribute to academic literature and file patents for novel AI methodologies and system architectures.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex research into intuitive user-facing features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and research engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Research Track Record: A strong publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) or a proven portfolio of open-source contributions.
- System Design: Ability to design systems that are not only accurate but also secure, explainable, and ethically aligned.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
