Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI architectures and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps for futuristic applications.
- Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and contribute to open-source communities.
- Conduct rigorous testing of AI models for bias, accuracy, and performance scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Intelligence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-impact engineering projects from conception to deployment.
