The Role:
In this high-impact position, you will lead the development of state-of-the-art foundation models, focusing on scalability, reasoning capabilities, and multimodal integration. Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Design and implement novel fine-tuning and alignment techniques (SFT, RLHF, DPO).
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Evaluate model performance rigorously using human-in-the-loop feedback mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable production features.
- Contribute to the open-source community and publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and optimization strategies.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, DeepSpeed, Megatron-LM).
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research papers.
