Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Design and implement novel neural architectures to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Conduct rigorous experimental design, data analysis, and model validation to drive scientific discovery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable production systems.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest academic literature and industry trends to apply cutting-edge techniques to our product roadmap.
- mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of experience in research and development within Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Experience with training and fine-tuning LLMs and handling large-scale datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
