You will be at the forefront of developing Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
In this role, you will collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and ethicists to build safe, scalable, and transformative AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art generative AI models and architectures.
- Design and optimize large-scale neural network training pipelines for high-performance inference.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Write and publish high-impact research papers to contribute to the global AI community.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into practical, user-centric applications.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, fairness, and transparency standards.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with distributed training and high-performance computing (HPC) clusters.
