Responsibilities
- Define Research Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for Project 2026, identifying key milestones in multi-modal learning and emergent reasoning.
- Publish & Disseminate: Author high-impact research papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and open-source communities.
- Prototype Development: Design and implement novel neural architectures from scratch, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of scientific curiosity and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to translate theoretical breakthroughs into real-world applications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously refine model inference speeds and accuracy to meet production-grade standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, specifically in Deep Learning or Reinforcement Learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep understanding of transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex mathematical and algorithmic problems.
