Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable deep learning models for robotic control and perception systems.
- Project 2026 Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in defining technical milestones and delivery schedules for the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Model Optimization: Optimize neural networks for real-time inference on edge devices with low latency requirements.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in robotics or autonomous systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for embedded systems.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
