Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems and microservices architectures for complex, multi-cloud environments.
- Model Development: Lead the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge deep learning models, including LLMs and generative AI frameworks.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering team.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and fine-tune AI models to ensure high accuracy, low latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- R&D Integration: Stay abreast of the latest research papers and industry trends to integrate novel techniques into our production systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
