Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration leading up to and beyond 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research projects exploring emerging technologies, including quantum AI and neural interface design.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for AI governance, ensuring responsible deployment and data privacy compliance.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with product teams to identify high-impact AI use cases that drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and integrate them into business strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to C-level executives.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
