Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the comprehensive AI roadmap for the company’s 2026 strategic vision.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI architectures for complex enterprise problems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor emerging AI trends and competitor technologies to ensure Apex Innovations remains ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of existing machine learning models to ensure real-time efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning; proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving ambiguous, high-level technical challenges.
