Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Execution: Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 product roadmap, defining key milestones, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and trend forecasting to ensure Nexus Horizon Labs remains ahead of the curve in the global AI landscape.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for C-suite executives and external investors.
- Product Innovation: Drive the conceptualization and prototyping of next-generation AI tools that solve real-world problems.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI deployment is responsible, transparent, and compliant with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large-scale data processing systems.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical stakeholders.
