- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI use, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify competitive advantages and potential disruptors in the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML strategy, product management, or technical leadership roles.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives from conception to execution in a fast-paced startup environment.
