Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product management, and research teams to drive innovation.
- Identify emerging trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the development of high-impact prototypes and proof-of-concept models for future product releases.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor and develop the technical skills of junior data scientists and AI engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy and roadmap planning in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
