Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy, focusing on AI advancements, quantum readiness, and ethical AI implementation by the year 2026.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct deep-dive analysis on emerging tech trends (Generative AI, Neuro-interfaces) to predict industry shifts and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, future-proof system architectures capable of handling next-gen computational loads and AI model training.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Research & Development: Partner with data scientists to prototype solutions that solve problems we haven't even fully defined yet.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Architecture, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading technology roadmaps and forecasting future tech trends with high accuracy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor senior engineering teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
