Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a comprehensive technological roadmap aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to enhance product capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- R&D Innovation: Spearhead research initiatives to identify emerging technologies that provide a competitive advantage in the market.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement scalable technical solutions to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software engineering, data science, or AI development, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is highly preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects and driving digital transformation.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a plus.
