Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with long-term business objectives.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Oversee the integration of AI systems into existing infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and deep learning architectures.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing diverse, high-performance teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is highly desirable.
