- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the 2026 corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging AI technologies.
- Analyze market trends to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical consulting.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and generative AI.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
