Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core business workflows.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or strategic technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
