Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to outline our AI trajectory, operational goals, and key performance indicators for the 2026 timeframe.
- Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable operational frameworks for our AI research and development teams, ensuring efficiency and rapid deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product managers, legal, and compliance teams to navigate the complex landscape of AI regulation and data governance.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management for AI initiatives and ensure optimal allocation of technical resources across projects.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior strategists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging AI trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish robust metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives and report progress to the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Proven experience (8+ years) in defining long-term roadmaps and operational strategies for high-growth technology environments.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
