Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning infrastructure, including model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project delivery meets aggressive timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
