Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core architecture for AI-driven products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, prioritizing features that drive competitive advantage.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment of deep learning models, focusing on latency reduction and throughput optimization in real-time environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and provide strategic recommendations for adoption.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS/GCP is mandatory.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and handling big data workloads.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: Deep understanding of current AI trends and a passion for future-forward technologies.
