Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their application to AI.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the Fintech or Biotech sector is highly preferred.
