As a pioneer in next-generation spatial computing and generative AI, we are looking for a leader who thrives on ambiguity and possesses the technical prowess to define the infrastructure of the future.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of the 2026 technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Vision: Define and articulate the technical architecture for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration, edge computing, and next-gen UI frameworks.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance systems capable of handling massive real-time data streams.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-safe cryptography, neuromorphic chips) for integration into our stack.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor a team of elite engineers to maintain architectural integrity.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the migration to cloud-native environments, ensuring 99.99% uptime and cost efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new architectural paradigms before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or engineering leadership role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with extensive experience designing distributed systems.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and neural network architectures.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a high-scale environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
