Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the company’s infrastructure, specifically targeting the technological requirements of 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI models and automation workflows into core business processes.
- Technical Strategy: Consult with executive leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps and engineering priorities.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee enterprise security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with US regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience building high-performance APIs.
- Future Tech: Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, edge computing, or quantum computing concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
