Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems that handle high-scale data processing and real-time analytics with zero downtime.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge Computing) to enhance our product offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers to uphold the highest standards of quality.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure full compliance with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make critical architectural decisions under pressure.
