Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive technology roadmap and architectural vision for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, DevOps) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and reliability across all platforms.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct regular code reviews and architectural audits to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Proven track record of defining successful technology roadmaps for enterprise-level organizations.
- Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or similar advanced project management certification is highly preferred.
