Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for the 2026 Strategic Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native solutions using modern microservices.
- Lead high-level design reviews and code architecture audits to ensure technical excellence.
- Mentor and elevate the technical capabilities of engineering teams through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and emerging technologies relevant to 2026.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
