Responsibilities
- Define Strategic Roadmaps: Lead the end-to-end architectural strategy for the 2026 technology initiative, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance distributed systems using cloud-native technologies.
- Innovation Leadership: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our core architecture to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to rigorous security standards and industry compliance frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and plan for long-term scalability (e.g., 5-10 year horizons).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex system failures and optimizing performance under pressure.
