Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the technical roadmap for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in early-stage development cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Rust, Go, or Python.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale deployments and infrastructure migrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
