Responsibilities
Architect and implement the core infrastructure for the Project 2026 ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience. Lead a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, mentorship, and technical excellence. Define and enforce high-level architectural standards and best practices across the organization. Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and optimize performance. Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps. Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices to stay ahead of industry trends. Oversee the deployment of CI/CD pipelines and ensure high availability of critical systems.
Qualifications
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in software architecture and system design. Deep proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. Relevant advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
