Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the design of scalable AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and AI ethics.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and present architectural proposals to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Experience deploying and optimizing production-grade NLP and computer vision models.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
