Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the architectural vision for our AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- Design Advanced ML Systems: Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models, focusing on predictive analytics and generative AI technologies.
- Prototype Future Tech: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces, Neural Interfaces) to prepare for 2026 adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate complex AI solutions seamlessly into user experiences.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and efficiency to handle enterprise-scale data loads.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Roadmap Expertise: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute long-term technical roadmaps (5-10 year vision).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable, future-proof solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
