Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the core microservices architecture for the 2026 platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI researchers, product managers) to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize database queries and backend performance to ensure low-latency response times.
- Implement and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and code maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth.
- Debug complex system issues and lead incident response for critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development (Java, Go, or Python preferred).
- Deep understanding of the 2026 Architecture stack and its ecosystem.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) for asynchronous processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a distributed team environment.
