Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NYC & NYS codes).
- Lead and supervise job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure safety compliance.
- Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (NYC or NYS).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial electrical construction.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
