Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and communicate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Strategic Foresight: Identify emerging trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech, and integrate them into our product lifecycle.
- Executive Leadership: Partner with C-suite executives to secure budget allocation and resources for high-impact R&D initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmaps into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and product strategists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI integration patterns.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of successfully launching products that define market trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
