Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging tech trends and their applicability to current products.
- Oversee R&D initiatives focused on AI automation and predictive analytics.
- Establish partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Drive digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Mentor a team of high-potential strategists and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Experience building and managing budgets of $10M+.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term planning and 2026+ horizons.
